Today Reece had his first round of occupational therapy. Therapy to most looks like play time for babies and kids and in a sense that's basically what it is, but with purpose. For an hour we were flipping him trace objects, reach, and open and close his hands in different positions (back, sideline, and tummy). Overall I would say he did pretty well. About 45 minutes into it he had had all of the play time he wanted and took a really good nap. So now its just a matter of continuing the exercises…most of which we already do, but its good to have reinforcement. Here are some pictures of the boys on tummy time earlier this week. I had them propped up with a book to look at. Believe it or not it lasted about 15 minutes with me talking and pointing in the book. Pretty cute…
